Joan Ng

Joan (she/her) started her yoga journey in 2010. Back then, it was at first an alternative to her usual fitness routine which include running. After her first class, she felt invigorated but more importantly, a deep sense of connection to her body, something that she felt was missing but was now found. Her yoga practice was critical in supporting her through pregnancy and motherhood. 
After ten years of practice and two kids after, she embarked on her her Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training (200H) and in 2022, studied with Dewi Chen for her 100H Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training. She believes that yoga can be assessible for all and her classes focuses on creating a supportive space for one to explore yoga and movement on and off the mat.
