Come join us for this immersive experience with Kin, our sound therapist and meditation facilitator. This special soundbath meditation part of our monthly Meditation Circles where we share meditation practices to come into wakeful awareness, using sound, movement and mudras as ways to connect more deeply into the body.
To truly enjoy this class, we recommend bringing an extra towel or blanket for yourself, a soft sweater or scarf, socks and an eye pillow.
