Ready to Birth is back!
We're so excited to bring our prenatal open house back in-person! Ready to Birth is a full day of prenatal yoga, curated mini talks/workshops and forums where we share about all things birth.
We will have not one, not two but THREE complimentary yoga sessions for expectant mums to choose from. We will also be joined by Embrace Physiotherapy, Wonder Births and Mothers Reborn who will talk about what are the other important ways you can prepare for your birth - before and beyond!
9am - Prenatal Yoga Session 1
10:15am - Preparing your Pelvic Floor for Birth by Embrace Physiotherapy
11:15am - Prenatal Yoga Session 2
12:45pm - Map out your birth, get your voice heard by Wonder Births
2:00pm - Prenatal Yoga Session 3
3:30pm - Your postpartum journey matters by Mothers Reborn & Wonder Births
All sessions are free to attend. All participants will be entitled to 10% off prenatal yoga packages (purchase must be done in person) and door gifts from our supporting partners!
Please see terms:
- Bookings are compulsory; no walk-ins are accepted.
- This event is curated for expectant persons - we respectfully ask non-pregnant persons, including prenatal yoga teachers, to refrain from attending so as not to deprive other expectant participants.
- Due to limited capacities, each expectant participant is limited to one yoga session, however, you can attend all three talks. Your partners are welcome to attend the talks with you.
- If you've made more than one booking for prenatal yoga, we will remove you from the later class slot and notify you of this cancellation.
- Please book only if you are sure that you can attend so as to give others a chance to experience the offerings. We will be sending out confirmations two days before the event - please RSVP to confirm your spot.
- Please bring along a pillow case cover, a waterbottle and a yoga mat towel if you prefer to lay this over our mats.
